Hello and welcome to my practice.

I am a board certified psychiatrist offering thoughtful, collaborative, and evidence-based mental health care for clients in Texas and New York. My approach is holistic — recognizing that mental health is deeply connected to physical, emotional, and social well-being.

I believe the best outcomes manifest when we work together dynamically, and I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

About

I received my undergraduate degree from Brown University and Medical Degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. I completed residency training in General Psychiatry at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX, where I currently work in private practice.

I am board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and maintain medical licenses in Texas and New York. I offer appointments for adults (ages 18+) both in person and via Telehealth. My private practice is affiliated with the Group Analytic Practice of Dallas (gapdallas.com).

Expertise

During training, I worked extensively in inpatient, consultative, emergency room, and outpatient practice settings with culturally and socioeconomically diverse patients.

After training, I acquired additional, specialized expertise in telemedicine and reproductive psychiatry.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in supportive and psychodynamic therapies. I offer medication when clinically indicated and desired.
